  • Payment Information: When you recharge or purchase packages, we record payment channels, transaction amounts, order numbers, etc. However, we do not store complete bank card numbers or payment passwords.

  • Third-Party Data Sources: When you call real-name authentication APIs, we transmit the name, ID number, facial photo, and other data you input through encrypted channels to authoritative data sources (e.g., public security, carriers, UnionPay) for verification. These data sources are used only for verification, and the Platform does not retain or reuse such data.
  • Service Providers: We may share necessary information with partners such as payment institutions and SMS service providers to complete services (e.g., payments, SMS delivery). These partners are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal information if required by law or by competent judicial or administrative authorities.
